Returns

  • Full price items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, any items received outside this period, will not be accepted and will be credited in form of a credit note
  • All goods are dispatched with tags attached; to qualify for a return/exchange, items must be in its original condition of which it was received. Items which are returned with the tags removed will no longer qualify for a refund/exchange/credit note
  • Returns will be accepted for items which have not been worn, altered or washed
  • All sale items are final and do not qualify for a refund/exchange/credit note
  • It is suggested for customers to try on items purchased as soon as possible to qualify for a return if need be
  • It can take up to 10 business days for your return to arrive at our office, inspected and the process of your refund/exchange/credit note. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification, please allow up to 3 business days for the monies to appear in your account
  • If you have requested for an exchange, the garment will be resent via standard post once it has been approved, a courtesy email will be sent thereafter
  • Shipping costs are non refundable
  • The return handling/postage cost is at the customer’s expense

Important Information

KWAN reserves the right to deny a refund/credit note if the returns policy requirements are not met. If a return is denied, an email will be sent advising of the action and the goods will be returned to the customer.

If you would like to proceed with a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Email us at customercare@kwanlabel.com.au for a copy of the Returns Form
  • Enclose purchased item/s with the receipt and Returns Form
  • Use an express tracking postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe and can be tracked

KWAN Label is not liable for any loss of garments being returned, please ensure a traceable delivery method is used.

All garments are thoroughly checked and inspected to ensure you receive items in pristine condition. In the unlikely event of faulty items received, please contact us at customercare@kwanlabel.com.au or complete the contact us form to resolve the issue.
